We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.For headshop items(eg. pipes etc), If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return so DO NOT SEND IT BACK  TO US. If you are not happy with your purchase or have a defective item please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We are a small company with real people so we will do our best to take care of any issue that may arrise!

Please allow up to 36 hours for returns to be processed,once your item is processed, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take up to 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

If an item is broken during shipping, we can only refund or replace the piece if it is completely unused. This policy also goes for pieces that are damaged or have manufacturing defects.


Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Please check tracking,If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is rare but it could happen. If it does reach out we are here to help you! Please take pictures of a product which shows the defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Canna Camp Supply Co reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
